[SailfishDevel] Notice on Sailfish OS sharing API

Hi everyone.

I submitted a task to use the same trick for forward ABI compatibility
as used in Qt, but I have no time to work on it anytime soon.
After the proposed change, the API/ABI will be changed once again, but
it will be possible to add more features (like the mentioned account
icons) without ABI breakage.
