[SailfishDevel] adding app to harbour fails: compability checkbox is unchecked

Ok, it seems to be some kind of javascript bug, it was stuck saving and 
thus hadn't shown the os compatibility. after refresh i had to re-fill 
in some fields, but it's now submitted to QA...
