[SailfishDevel] The SailfishOS IDE todo plugin doesn't work

Hi,

I tried both of the modes. For me disabling and enabling the plug-in 
fixed the issue. Maybe the problem was that I was using the ToDo plugin 
with QtCreator previously...?
