Hi Martin!  I've just downloaded and installed SDK version 1509, and 
while most everything else seems to be fine, when I go to 
"Tools->Mer->Emulator mode..." and click on the "Device model" combo 
box, the only option provided to me is "Jolla Phone (540x960)".  Is 
there perhaps something else I need to do to add the tablet to the list?

I'm running the OSX version of the SDK on OSX 10.9.5.  BTW, I did run 
the uninstaller to remove my copy of the previous version of the SDK 
before installing this one, if that helps.
