[SailfishDevel] Scope of Sailfish versus Jolla in new company configuration?

Please could somebody clarify exactly where the boundaries are between Mer,
Sailfish and Jolla in this new world?

Mer is obviously open-source.   Parts, but not all of Sailfish are
open-source.   Specifically Silica is proprietary, and presumably will
remain so.   Is that essentially the 'crown jewel' which Jolla will be
licensing?

And there are a few bits which were specific to the Jolla Phone too, right,
and not part of Sailfish, like the Alien Dalvik Android support, which is a
bundled, paid, commercial product.

There must be a good diagram or writeup about this somewhere.   Please
could somebody point me at it?

For the proprietary parts of Sailfish, are they source open?  Or binary
blobs with hidden source?

Will any of this picture change with the new company split?
