[SailfishDevel] Include shared library

Hi Reto,

thanks for your hint:

|
|   that would explain why it does not install the libs and are not in 
the rpm.

Now the shared libraries are included in the RPM and the library check 
of the RPM validator is green:

Libraries
=========
INFO [/usr/share/harbour-masterpassword/lib/libssl.so.10] Private shared 
library shipped
INFO [/usr/share/harbour-masterpassword/lib/libcrypto.so.10] Private 
shared library shipped
