[SailfishDevel] Tablet version SDK a.k.a 2.0

Yes, it will, but to populate the Store for the new tablet, every devel
should upload the x86 version of their app's RPM

Maybe a little incentive from Jolla in the form of a
free-or-heavily-discounted-devel-only-edition's tablet could make it happen
faster *hint* *hint*
