when you try to build from within a build directory, you have to specify the
root directory with -d flag

I use following

mb2 -t SailfishOS-3.0.2.8-armv7hl -s ../rpm/buteo-syncfw-qt5.spec \
 build -j4 -d ../
HERE ----->^^^^^^

PS: also you do not need the bluez4, but bluez5
