[SailfishDevel] SDK update for 3.0.3

Hi,

I maintain an application that has libicu-52 as a dependency and is thus
uninstallable on the new 3.0.3.8 update.
I tried updating the sdk to recompile it but the maintenance tool didn’t find
any update related to the latest sailfishos. I configured the sdk to be on the
early sdk repositories but it still reports 3.0.2 to be the latest version.

Am I missing something?
