[SailfishDevel] [New Time - 1h later] Sailfish OS, open source community collab meeting on 15/11/2018

Hi all,

Due to the change in daylight saving time, we should move the meeting to 
09:00 UTC instead of 08:00. This is because of my mistake, not realizing 
this last time during the last meeting.

So the meeting will be held today, 15th of November at 09:00 UTC instead 
of 08:00 UTC.
