[SailfishDevel] cannot install package on engine target any more

hi martin,

Trying to fix the problem myself by going back to 1701 I messed up all my
config (name of engine change Mer -> Sailfish Os, cannot install kit or
even start the vm), so I ended up by doing a full fresh install, remove
sdk, virtual machine AND the local config, then doing a 1707 install from
the offline arch.
I can confirm the bug is not just an issue with doing some upgrade.
Fortunately, your solution work perfectly :

ssh -p 2222 -i ~/SailfishOS/vmshare/ssh/private_keys/engine/mersdk
mersdk at localhost

sdk-manage --devel --install SailfishOS-armv7hl
nemo-qml-plugin-notifications-qt5
sdk-manage --devel --install SailfishOS-armv7hl
nemo-qml-plugin-notifications-qt5-devel
sdk-manage --devel --install SailfishOS-armv7hl
nemo-qml-plugin-notifications-qt5-doc

and last from Sailfish os tab / targets do a sync
