Well, from what I read,  it sounds  creepy to ask a girl to  have fun without actually  knowing  her. Even if  you are a  Greek  god, you still  have  to  strike a conversation  and get  a positive  vibe to ask her  out.
And what does OP mean  when he says 'will have fun'? Does fun not include sex. If no sex, then what was the intention? to  make her sister?
Come  on, this is totally not  acceptable in any society, including western, to  creep the girl.
Just my opinion, so take it easy.
