[SailfishDevel] SQLite linking

thank you for this constructive suggestion. I submitted PR
https://github.com/sailfish-sdk/sdk-harbour-rpmvalidator/pull/86 to add
sqlite into the list of allowed libraries. Hopefully, it will be accepted.
