[SailfishDevel] Read device info

Hi devs,

Does somebody has a way to read the information displayed on the About Page in Settings?
I would like to retrieve the SFOS version, Device name, ... not for spying/collecting data (totally against that) but to check if some new features of SFOS are available for my apps.
