[SailfishDevel] Using QtQuick.Layouts

Michael,

The whole thing works *in the Emulator*. This is not a problem.
But the SailfishOS-i486 mersdk target doesn't have it installed. It's 
not needed for deployment but for the local coding (so that I get the 
code completion and no warnings in the editor)
