[SailfishDevel] Connection error

After clean install of SDK 1611 (2.0.5) on a Win10 machine I cannot deploy
to the emulator. I always get the same error message:

Could not connect to the "SailfishOS Emulator" virtual machine. Do you want
to try again?
Connection error: 1 Connection refused
