[SailfishDevel] SDK problem

Hello,
I just installed new SailfishOS SDK 1509 for Windows and have some problems. Firstly, I can not compile any project (also new created) for Jolla Phone or Emulator both. I have console log like on first screenshot. Secondly, "Tool->Mer->Emulator mode" not working for me (screenshoot 2). What I do wrong?
