[SailfishDevel] SailfishOS SDK 1510 and launcher icon for tablet version

icon128.path = /usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps
INSTALLS += icon128

and add /usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps to files section in 
yaml/spec
