[SailfishDevel] How to use nemo-qml-plugin-notifications?

Install nemo-qml-plugin-notifications-qt5 (and
nemo-qml-plugin-notifications-qt5-devel if you want to use C++ class)
package to SDK, as explained in FAQ:
