Uh, of cource there has to be a better way, but this was the first approach that did all what I wanted it to do:
1. Editable with any .txt editor
(1.1 readable by non-developer)
2. Fast, no db loading (the list is quite long)
3. Eazy

Feel free to correct me with a better approach.
