[SailfishDevel] GStreamer usage

The app is currently available on openrepos
https://openrepos.net/content/aldrog/twitchtube. It has a bit messy logging
but I hope it won't disturb a lot. Binary file name is `harbour-twitchtube`.

I thought it's buffering issue because there were warnings about buffer
drops in console but once I've checked it with GST_DEBUG='*:2' it prints
about timestamping an synchronization problems.
