[SailfishDevel] toh not working because of missing libsailfishapp-launcher

Hello,

After unpacking the Jolla Phone, nothing happened when changing toh.
Upgrade to 1.0.8.19 did not make a difference.

I forgot that until I (accidentially) installed libsailfishapp-launcher
and suddenly something happened when changing toh.

The problem re-occurs when uninstalling libsailfishapp-launcher.

Has somebody else observed this behaviour?
