You can use the the systemd-analyze utility to accurately measure 
startup time:

$ systemd-analyze
Startup finished in 5.191s (kernel) + 56.800s (userspace) = 1min 1.991s

And if you run systemd-analyze blame, it will show you a list with each 
service started & how long it took.
