I have taken David's tinc package and removed all the SysVinit stuff so
it will build, and install.  If anyone wants to try it, it is available
in my home:gcobb:jolla:user project.  You can install it using:

  ssu ar gcobb-user
http://repo.merproject.org/obs/home:/gcobb:/jolla:/user/sailfish_latest_armv7hl/
  zypper ref
  zypper in tinc

This seems to install and work for me (obviously you have to create your
/etc/tinc configuration files, keys, etc.).  If anyone tries this,
please let me know if it works for you.

This is pretty much just tincd.  I have NOT (yet) replaced the init
stuff with systemd versions, nor looked at connman (nor dealt with the
rpmlint complaints).  So, I am not proposing pushing this to chum in
this state.
