[SailfishDevel] ScrollDecorators' Colour

ScrollDecoator component is just combiner:

Item {
     property Flickable flickable
     VerticalScrollDecorator { flickable: parent.flickable }
     HorizontalScrollDecorator { flickable: parent.flickable }
}

And you can't access individual properties here.
