[SailfishDevel] Translating apps for SailfishOS

1. The problem is that Tools/External/lupdate doesn't do anything. I
created translations/harbour-myapp-pl.ts, ran Tools/External/lupdate and
the pl translation file didn't change.

My .pro looks like that:

What's missing here?
