Joke's aside. It's interesting to see that happen with your PC as we tried both offline and online with the 1310 SDK package. Obiviously we did not test some combination. Are you on WLAN or LAN?

Just found weird problem. If my laptop not connected to internet,
Sailfish Emulator not responding and i can't work with it.
Anyone else have same problem?
