[SailfishDevel] Jolla Harbour and Jolla Store

I don't see it as a pity. I see it as an opportunity for everyone
to push their libraries and stuff to mer/nemo/sailfish.

An advantage of SailfishOS is that everyone can contribute and have their
own applications, libraries and tools there.
