[SailfishDevel] Sailfish apps and mobile performance

One additional idea would be add information about battery usage to
the apps listed in the Jolla/Sailfish app store. This would enable
users to search for an app in a specific category with the lowest
power consumption. Or even suggested app bundles for power users,
where all the apps have been tested to be implemented very
efficiently.
