[SailfishDevel] Using the emulator: How can I pull down the pulley menu?

Hi Amir

Have you tried dragging from just below the blue glow? If I click and  
drag between the glow and the text, it works for me.

I think if you drag from the very top (i.e. the blue glow), the whole  
app is dragged, this is an operation at system level, rather than app  
level.
