[SailfishDevel] Call Detection

Hello again!

In meego(Harmattan) we had used APIs from

#include <CellularQt/SystemControl> or #include <systemcontrol.h>

to get notified during calls (voice calls). I don't see any equivalent 
in SailfishOS.

or am I missing something?
