[SailfishDevel] Alternate line service (ALS)

Hello Thomas,

I'm still subscribed to this service with my eplus (business) simcard -
however, this may become subject to change since O2 is probably overtaking
eplus soon.
As far as I know, at least Orange (UK and AT) is still offering this
service at present.
