[SailfishDevel] configure mail accounts via command line

Because this way I could paste in my passwords. They tend to be long and cryptic (32-64 chars). On screen keyboard does not work here, I tried. And I tried hard! Only results in "I want to throw that thing against the next wall". And I've waited too long to get my Jolla for such a folly ;-)
