[SailfishDevel] Sailfish SDK Qt Creator based on Qt 4.8.4

The Sailfish SDK Qt Creator closely follows Qt Creator from Qt Project and Qt Creator 3.0 is the first official Qt Creator based on Qt 5.x
 
The Sailfish SDK Qt Creator is v2.8.1 and hence based on Qt 4.8.x as was Qt Creator 2.8.1 from Qt Project.
