Hi Cristopher,
I got this answer some time ago:

     QGuiApplication *app = SailfishApp::application(argc, argv);
     QQuickView *view = SailfishApp::createView();
     view->rootContext()->setContextProperty("cppproperty", view);
view->setSource(SailfishApp::pathTo("qml/main.qml"));
     view->showFullScreen();
     app->exec();
