Great. That's good news.
What about some of the Glib stack ? From an API and ABI point of view,
this stack is completely stable when minor versions increase:
- glib-2.0
- cairo-1.0
Is it possible that one day it will not be blacklisted anymore ? The
main UI rendering will remain on Qt and QML, but some underlying job
can be done by other libraries. It helps to port Gtk (Maemo era or
else) applications to Sailfish (and keep most of the code
multiplatform). And this stack (up to below Gdk and GdkPixbuf) is fully
supported by Mer if I'm not mistaken.
What's the opinion of Jolla here ?
Have a good day,
Damien.
