Harbour intake rules != what developer can do. If intake rules are bad then there most likely will be alternative stores available at some point for developer mode.

And we are also trying to relax Harbour intake rules in the future, but lets see when or if that happens.

It may not be that simple. For once, Sailfish apps can not be linked to qtwidgets (IIRC), and this is probably what that app uses.

A new interface using QML would probably need to be written.
